What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us at hello@daochant.com as soon as possible.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States. We ship from China via 4PX express logistics.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 7–10 business days. Estimated delivery time is 10–30 business days depending on your location.
Do I need to pay customs duties?
No. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all duties and taxes are covered — no surprise fees upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, items must be unused and in original condition. Please contact us to initiate a return.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Are your pieces truly handcrafted?
Yes. Each piece is individually hand-finished by our artisans — subtle variations in texture and patina are the natural signature of handcrafted work, making every piece uniquely yours.
What materials are used?
Our pieces feature oxidized silver-tone frames with stone inlays including Turquoise, Nan Hong Agate, and other carefully selected stone accents rooted in Ancient Eastern tradition.
