Processing & Handling Time

Each piece in our collection is individually hand-finished by our artisans. Because of this, and because some items may be in the process of restocking, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from China via 4PX international tracked logistics.

Shipping Destinations

We currently support delivery to the United States and Hong Kong.

We are not currently shipping to the European Union or remote / carrier-restricted regions. Additional regions may be added later as our logistics coverage expands.

Shipping Fees

We offer free tracked shipping on orders of $50 USD or more.

For orders under $50 USD, shipping fees will be shown at checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 10-20 business days
Hong Kong: 5-12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules, customs processing, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Duties & Taxes

For supported destinations, we ship under a DDP-style shipping arrangement where available, meaning customs duties and import taxes are handled by DaoChant and included in the product price or shipping arrangement.

You should not be asked to pay standard import duties again upon delivery. However, in rare cases, local sales taxes, administrative fees, or destination-specific charges imposed by local authorities may apply and would be the responsibility of the buyer.
