Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, we are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear or have been altered. Custom or personalized orders are final sale.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us at [ hello@daochant.com ] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 5 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
