Processing & Handling Time Each piece in our collection is individually hand-finished by our artisans. Because of this, and as some items may be in the process of restocking, please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. We believe that the patience required in waiting is itself a quiet practice — a small step in the spirit of stillness that our pieces are made to carry.

Shipping Origin All orders are shipped from China via 4PX (递四方) international tracked logistics.

Estimated Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 10–20 business days
  • Europe: 12–25 business days
  • Australia / Canada: 12–22 business days
  • Other regions: 15–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules or circumstances beyond our control.

Duties & Taxes We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — customs duties and import taxes are covered by us and included in your product price. You will not be asked to pay additional customs fees upon delivery.

Please note: in rare cases, local sales taxes or administrative fees imposed by your country's customs authority may apply and would be the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your local regulations if you have concerns.

Order Tracking A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. 

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will work with our logistics partner to assist you. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or events beyond our control.
